Buy and trade safely
Your guide to safe transactions on Challenge Coin Finder.
How Challenge Coin Finder works
Challenge Coin Finder is a discovery directory, not a store. We help you find coins and connect with sellers and organizations, but we don't process payments, hold funds, or handle shipping. All transactions happen directly between you and the seller, so it's important to protect yourself.
Look for verified organizations
Listings from verified organizations carry a verification badge. These have been confirmed as legitimate issuers. Treat unverified collector listings with extra caution.
Use traceable, protected payments
Prefer payment methods with buyer protection. Be wary of anyone insisting on gift cards, wire transfers, or irreversible payments — these are common signs of a scam.
Ask for detailed photos
Request clear front and back photos in natural light, plus any edition numbering. Compare against official designs when possible before sending money.
Keep communication on the record
Keep a written record of what was agreed — price, condition, and shipping. If a deal feels rushed or too good to be true, slow down.
Report suspicious listings
Every listing has a Report button. If you spot a scam, counterfeit, or inappropriate content, report it so our team can review and remove it.
See something wrong? Use the Report button on any listing, or reach out through our contact channels. We review every report to keep the community trustworthy.
